Sometimes it’s just hard to ‘start the conversation’ when you’re struggling with stuff!! But guess what, there’s other ways to show you care
If you’re not the ‘sitting down and having that heart to heart’ sort of person, then maybe hanging out and spending a bit of time with your friend is more your style.
Just spending time with a mate can show them you’re there. Or share a passion such as coming to the gym and lifting those ‘feel good’ endorphins. And who knows, it might just ‘start that conversation’.
Starting from 21-27th September we are opening the doors to you and your mates to do just that.
During staffed hours you are able to bring your buddy for a free week of exercise. Just simply sign in at reception with the staff.
