Miere has made incredible progress with her strength training, recently increasing her leg press from 100kg to 180kg since February this year.
Coming in with a clear goal to get stronger and build muscle, Miere has stayed consistent and committed to her training. Her results reflect not just physical progress, but the confidence and routine she has built along the way.
