A huge shout out to Rachael for losing 6.6cm over her entire body during the 30 day challenge and increasing her steps by setting a goal of walking half an hour each day.
Rachael found that group exercise has been a great way to push herself to work hard and we love seeing her giving it her 100% effort in our classes. The 30 day challenge has been the perfect program to get Rachael started on her health journey and we have loved that she has joined the BCG fitness family.
We are so happy to see Rachael continue her exercise routine through regularly attending classes, even at this busy time in December. Well done Rachael.
