Please join me in congratulating Shyanne for shaving a massive 13 minutes off her official time in the 10km event at the recent HB Marathon.
Shyanne has been working hard on her fitness. She mixed her training up by running, attending HIT sessions in Small Group Training classes and hitting the stair-master machine at the gym 2-3 times a week to build up her endurance towards the lead up.
We are very proud of the way Shyanne set herself a goal and worked hard reaching it. Well done Shyanne.
