Jason’s Strength and Mobility Driving Performance

Jason’s journey is a great example of how focused training can support both performance and long term health.

Over the past six months, Jason has committed to building his strength and improving his mobility, with a clear goal of moving better and performing at his best. Since joining Bay City Gym, he has worked closely with trainer Corey, staying consistent and committed to the process.

Along the way, Jason also worked through some injuries. With the right guidance, structured training, and a focus on movement quality, he has not only become stronger, but is now moving freely and pain free.

The results of his hard work have carried over beyond the gym. Jason recently travelled to India to compete in cricket with New Zealand Masters and Central Districts Over 40s, performing at a high level and making the most of the strength and mobility he has built.

His journey highlights the value of training with purpose. Building strength, improving movement, and staying consistent can have a direct impact on how you perform in sport and in everyday life.
