I have been involved in the fitness Industry for the past 20 plus years. One of my highlights was serving 5 years in the Royal NZ Navy. I have also completed my first Iron Māori Toa (full Ironman distance) along with many endurance events of 21km to 102km.
I am super passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping a diverse range of people achieve their goals. My specialities include:
